There are so many great causes out there, and sometimes it feels like everyone's asking for help. It can get a bit much - that feeling is called donor fatigue.

At Donorbees, we take the pressure off and also make sure you receive the tax credits your are entitled to. You don't need to worry about being hassled by any charities you engage with on our platform because we never share your personal information with them.

All that's left for you to do is to decide how much and how often you would like to fund your Giving Wallet (regularly or every now and then). Then you can make your donation decisions when you are ready.

Here's how

If you are paid using a payroll system, then chances are it can manage payroll giving.

Payroll giving is a process where you can set up a regular or one-off payment from your pay to be paid to your Donorbees Giving Wallet.

Because we are a charity, when you make a payment, your payroll system will automatically give you a tax credit for the amount you have paid. A $10.00 payment to your Giving Wallet will only show as $6.70 deducted from your net pay. This way, you don't have to worry about keeping any donation receipts for claiming a tax credit at the end of the year.

You can let your funds build up in your Giving Wallet or distribute to your favourite charities via our app at any time - it's your choice. Our hope is that employers will pay our admin fee (currently 10%), but if not it is deducted from your donation before we pay it to your chosen charity. We will be clear to you at the time of donation who is paying.
